CHILD PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT FORM – Coopers Fire & Berewood Primary School

We take the privacy and protection of personal data very seriously, especially when it concerns children. As part of our activities, we may wish to take photographs of children for use on our official social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) celebrating National Manufacturing Day and other relevant updates. These images may also be used in promotional materials.

In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we require the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian before using any child’s photograph for these purposes. Please read the following carefully and indicate your consent below.

CONSENT OPTIONS:

Please tick the relevant boxes to provide your consent. I hereby give consent for Coopers Fire & Berewood Primary School to:

• Take photographs of my child.
• Use these photographs on official social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Use these photographs in promotional materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, etc.).

I understand that:

• The images may be shared publicly on social media platforms.
• My child’s image may be visible to users of these platforms.

The photographs will be stored securely in line with our data protection policies and only used for the purposes outlined above. We will never share your child’s personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. All data will be processed in compliance with GDPR.
