Job Type: This is a full-time temporary contract position for 6 months, with the possibility for extension.

Summary of Role

Coopers Fire design, manufacture, install and service innovative and bespoke Smoke and Fire Curtains for buildings. Our mission is to save lives through quality and innovative products and to raise awareness of effective fire protection solutions.

We are looking to recruit a Production Process Owner for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) project.

Skills and Experience


  • At least 5 years production management experience
  • Make to Order / Engineer to Order environment
  • Project based production in highly configurable production environment
  • Multi-Level BoM Structures / Phantoms
  • Configurable BoM structures / Product configurator
  • Production Routings
  • Lean production methods including Kanban
  • Material flow / storage rules
  • Production performance measures / KPIs /OEE
  • Production planning and scheduling
  • Design and Engineering control / design changes
  • Integration with Solidworks (Driveworks)
  • ERP experience preferably MS D365 or similar
  • ERP implementation experience in Production environment
  • ERP capabilities knowledge
  • Good understanding of production data
  • A minimum of 2 successful ERP Projects completed


  • Experience of multisite ERP deployments would be beneficial


  • Degree in Production / Engineering related discipline or equivalent
