Insulating Zone Fire Curtains

Description:

An Insulating Zone Fire Curtain is very similar to a standard Fire Curtain but it utilises our FireMaster Plus fabric.

This slightly thicker fabric is classified as E120 EW60 and offers the additional benefit of providing low and safe radiation levels, usually required for PROTECTING MEANS OF ESCAPE.

Our FireMaster Plus fabric is tested to EN 1643-1, EN 1363-2, BS 476-22 and BS 476-20. At 120 minutes, Radiation is <10.8Kw/m2 when measured at 1 m distance.

Our Insulating Zone Fire Curtain system is tested to PAS121:2007 for the ‘Insulating Zone’ and it has a fire safe zone of 115, 275, 565 mm at 30, 60 and 90 mins at <180 °C based upon curtain deflection.
