ADIDAS SUPERSTORE, PARIS

When Adidas first embarked on opening the world’s largest Sports Performance Store in Paris, protecting the stores multi-storey retail configuration from smoke required careful consideration necessary to comply with stringent smoke and fire regulations.

ALDGATE TOWER, LONDON

Modus construction built the 18 floor, state-of-the-art 317,000 sq ft Aldgate Tower in the Aldgate commercial area of Central London. Aldgate Tower consists of office space for UK Commercial, UK Legal, Creative and Financial companies and the building’s location allows fantastic, 360 degree panoramic views of the London skyline.

BLAVATNIK SCHOOL OF GOV., OXFORD

The Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford opened its doors to the students and staff in November 2015. With a large central atrium in the centre of the building, smoke control was a huge necessity on this project and therefore various bespoke engineered solutions were required to help solve the smoke and fire requirements.
